JTeXEdit 2001/08/01 (JTeXEdit 4.4) [by Norihito KOISO] JTeXEdit enables processing japanese with Textures^{TM}. JTeXEdit treats Mac-font-face, and Pictures as a usual word processor, and pass them to Textures as TeX-format document. **** How to use JTeXEdit (in English interface) with Textures **** 0) Quit Textures, if using Textures. 1) Locate files as follows: | |-- "TeX Fonts" | | | *-- "JTeX Metrics" (for japanese) | *-- "TeX Inputs" | *-- "JTeX Inputs" folder : anywhere 2) Open JTeXEdit in by double clicking. 3) Select the first item "JTeXEdit nituite" (in Japanese) of Apple Menu. 4) Chech 'English' of selection 'Interface', and press OK button. As a first example, 1) Open "styles&pict" in folder "sample###" in using JTeXEdit. 2) Select "Typeset" of menu "Typeset" (or command-T). 3) Done. You can print the typeset window from Textures.
